Pierre is very handsome. I bet he's popular with the ladies. My girls love big tall red combs like that. I have a black australorp like that and sometimes girls run to him and sit down to be mated....
Were the eggs just washed before the picture? I'm just curious because I'm looking for shiny-dark-eggs, and it's hard to find the really dark eggs that also have a shine to them (when not just washed I mean). In any case, the eggs look gorgeous!

No, I dont have any good pics of the ladies that yet...hopefully when the snow stops I can let them out and get some in the good light. Actually, I never wash any of my eggs at all unless someone request that I do.
