13 week old Silkies Gender

Updated photos for the one in question. Almost 16 weeks old. I’m convinced the other two are pullets but this one has a larger comb than the others. Also, is this partridge coloring? It has some blue green in its wings and tail feathers too.
Possibly a late bloomer cockerel, but could just be a pullet with a bumpy comb.
Yes, he/She is partridge.
 
Streamers are the long feathers that come out of the back of the crest on male silkies. Females will occasionally have them too, but it's not common.

Thank you! Good to know. When do males typically start growing them? I have a silkie that I thought was female, then male, now I'm thinking female again lol

Between 4-6 months is the general age range, but 3 months can be the earliest they'd appear.
