2 day old chick cant walk wont eat what do I do?

I just got my baby Ameraucana from the hatchery yesterday so I am guessing she is about 2 days old she cant walk she just kinda hops and uses her wings for support I can get her to drink but only from a dropper she wont eat anything and I have not seen her go potty at all. I have treated her as though its spraddle but she wont even straighten her legs or try to stand on them properly she just hobbles around chirping all day long unless she is snuggled in my arms or on a covered heating pad she also does not open her eyes much I am trying to save her but I am not sure what else I can do for her

I'm sorry I don't know what else you could do......maybe you could make a mash with chick food and warm water and try feeding her that with a dropper.
