I'd give my friend #1 and #3. If your only roo is ameraucana and you have only barred hens, we can say for certain the last chick is a boy. A purebred barred rock hen will produce only barred sons when bred to a non-barred rooster.
 
Much too early to sex. The barred sex linking would be great to use, but only if you absolutely know what parents were. If all chicks came from colored eggs, my thought is that they were most likely all mixes too.

I personally would just give your friend 2 that you don't mind seeing go, and posting updated pics of combs at 6-8 weeks.
 
I have seven chicks that I’d love help s3xing. They are all from the same hatch, are 4 weeks old, and all come from blue or green eggs.

The barnyard mix included amaracauna to black copper marans, Sussex, Wyandotte’s, frizzles, barred rocks…
Do you have updated pictures? #2 appears to be a cockerel.
