I have pure silkies and the only way I can tell early (4-5 months old) is if it's a roo, they get that walnut comb starting, whereas the others I'd assume are pullets don't. They also get streamers (longer feathers coming off their head down their neck,) but at that age those don't show up as obvious to me. With yours being a mix, it should be easier, but I can't really be positive without seeing the front of their faces, so I guess Roo / unknown / pullet.

Just curious, what breed is the white one with a few black spots? I think that one is so pretty!

None of them have much comb at all, and at 3 months they should also have some male feathering coming in…but based on feather pattern I’m going to say 1 and 3 are pullets and 2 is a cockerel.

She was given to me as just a barnyard mix! But I have seen a certain rare breed that she looks identical to, just can't remember the name sorry

I think you have it right. First two are cockerels, last one is a pullet.
