A Broken Duck Leg

I would keep them together. I would just take the sick on in your arms and feed her while you have her. I would do that several times a day to make sure she is getting full. Thread numbers......as many as you need. I was in your place 5 months ago and look at me now....I am giving people info! If you need to ask a question ask no matter how many threads is causes you to make.

Update; We got their names! Bluebell (the one that's hurt) and Cora! As for how Bluebell is doing (we also named them assuming they'll be girls...), she seems to have better balance today... her leg looks the same. I'm sure the B Complex will take a while to really make a difference! I suppose I'll update whenever she gets better or worse... hopefully better! :)

Really overdue update... and a sad one. I really wished that this update would’ve concluded a recovery for little Blu. She was a fighter, for sure. We’d continued giving her half the bottle of vitamin, and an unusual amount of peas with no sign of it getting better. Upon inspection, we’ve realized it’s probably broken. We put a cast on but it didn’t help. So, we thought maybe she’ll learn to live with her disability, and work around it. Everything went okay, for a while. We’d have to put her in the pool. She had trouble eating everything but peas. Then, it got worse. She’d wheeze constantly. Finally, she started loosing weight and not eating at all. Even peas. She quit having fun, as well. She couldn’t even swim. We decided it’d be selfish to prolong her suffering and her starve herself to death. My father euthanized her. It was so hard, because she and I were close. She’d crawl under me to escape Crazy Cory. She was my mother and I’s favorite, because of how strong and silly she was. She’d wiggle into the bedding and throw it over herself because she couldn’t get into the pool with Cory. She substituted bedding for water. She found her favorite spot, where she could only fit because Cory was too big. She was smart, and beautiful. I’ll miss her dearly.
