If the little one is having problems standing to eat you can make a donut out of a towel place the duckling down inside gently head out of course then put food and water close by so it can eat and drink

We removed the splint! I got a video, before I took it off, it's not the best so I'll try again, but I'm uploading the video now! We noticed it was a bit swollen. It's getting worse. It has a hard time eating and drinking, because it's so unbalanced. Someone said peas are good for niacin, can we feed it lot's of peas?

You can feed it peas, but peas are going to help this one Go to Tractor Supply and get either of these:

They are injectable vitamin b and will be found in the cattle section. They can be given by injection or orally. You will also need a needle and syringe to get the medication out of the bottle.

If they don't have that, go to a pharmacy and get this:

I think @Miss Lydia already said this but I think this is a niacin deficiency. I would get him/her on B-complex.
