A century of Turkey talk 2000-2100.

I see. It has been sunny recently. We are probably getting about 13-14 hours daylight. Sunrise around 6am sunset around 8pm. Although the weather here changes constantly. Cloudy tomorrow.
Sunny helps, dreary hinders.

They like to hide the eggs. I've found them in fence rows, next to buildings, fence post and trees, in the burn pile and daylilies, in the corner buried in bedding.
I have two in chicken nest boxes in the coop. Another two are in the juniper bushes beside the house. I suspect the other two have a hidden nest somewhere else.

I have been checking all the bushes. They have lots of nest boxes etc. They have flint grit mixed in food, and oyster shell is free choice. Is this fine?
Yes
I free choice grit too, but that doesn't change egg production anyway.
