*Addicted to...Candling...*

Ok so Im a day 12!!!! Its two days since candling on day 10!! I just have to stay away from the incubator! I added water today so that gave me a little bit of a fix! I soooo hope some of these babies hatch!!

So far, day 9...anxiously awaiting my candling tomorrow...gotta make room in the bator for new eggs that should be arriving tomorrow!!! Hoping I don't have too much room though!

I ended up throwing out 9 and have 2 more that I probably should have.. I'm just so careful and paranoid about throwin' a good one. Also, one little duckie trying to hatch right now.

Add me to the addicted to candling group! I set mine on the 30th. So we are on day 10 I guess? Since it was late in the evening when we put them in? Anyway, I am totally addicted to candling. I had some early tragedy with a bad setup but as of right now I have 10 eggs that are progressing. I tossed the last two last night that I was confident had nothing going on, when I cracked them I was right. I can't get good pics of my eggs, but you can see darkness in half of the egg..I'm hoping that is normal.

OH OH!! So I was turning my eggs tonight, I have to do it by hand, and my daughter came up and asked what I was doing. So I told her, and she wanted to look, and we could totally see what looked like a beak!

OH goodness I'm way too excited about these eggs and I know my heart is going to break if they don't survive because I don't know what I'm doing on my first try.
