Angel wing in male cayuga duck?

Ok..so these are my first ducks, had them since 2 weeks old..they are now 15 weeks old. Alan the male has had some feathers sticking out on his wing for about 3 weeks, some times you look at him you can barely notice it other times it is beyond obvious ! Is it angel wing? Because it has happened when hes older as opposed to young can it be fixed?

Apparently it can be caused by excessive feed. I saw a lady cut the legs off a pair of kids stockings and slip it over the torso of the bird to brace the wing.
You should probably change to a lower protein feed.
