Any Home Bakers Here?

If I have an apple handy, I use the extra pie dough to make an apple dumpling. If not, I roll out the dough, butter it and spread sucralose and sugar on it. I then roll it up tightly and form into a circle in a pie pan and throw it in the oven with the pie. It depends on how gooey I want it as to how long I leave it in with the pie.
