Any Home Bakers Here?

I just pulled the Sourdough Apple Raisin bread out of the oven.

I used some dark rye flour as a substitute for the whole wheat flour. It smell amazing!

Looks delicious. Did you bake it on a parchment covered sheet?
I am on the lookout for an oval oven vessel to bake my bread. No oval shapes around my house. ha ha

I used a clay bread baker and corn meal in the bottom
