One thing I've learned after making these a few times is do NOT over bake, that just makes them dried out. They're especially good when they're a bit on the gooey side.

Does goose taste like duck? I mean, if I am okay with eating duck, can I feel comfortable saying I will eat goose?

Goose tastes similar to duck. However, it needs to be cooked right. I cook mine the following way on this website.

I used that site when cooking my duck. If I have goose, it would be prepared by another, so I wouldn’t have a choice on how it was done.
