I have been getting the little tiny cans because the big cans would just get stale so the can is too small! I’ve made them before but they were always hockey pucks. Ron’s flour tip was good, also Ipatted them out with my hands instead of the rolling pin. And I folded the dough on itself about 6 times sort of like kneading. Used cold butter etc. lots of little things that aren’t in a recipe. That’s why I read this thread!Should be a recipe on back for baking powder biscuits
We made drop biscuits growing up! They taste good but do not look as prettyBaking Powder ones I really cheat I do not roll them at all.. I do a drop biscuit

You can drop the biscuit dough onto the top of soup, lightly boil with a lid on for 12 minutes and make dumplings!Guess I am more concerned about taste not look guess that is why I won't win awards for pretty![]()
