Any Home Bakers Here?

@Aria At the bottom of the page, just under the posts and above the place you type in what you want to say, is a line that says: Page 1572 of 1572 and then boxes with numbers in them. the boxes are what page you want to go to. The arrows will scroll to the next page #.
For example: My set-up is 10 posts per page. If I want to go to Post #588, I would go to page 59, post #598 is on page 60. Simply drop the last number and add 1. 598 = 59+1 = 60
It is +1 because it is 10 posts per page - Posts 1 thru 9 are on Pg 1; posts 10 thru 19 are on Pg 2; posts 1100 thru 1109 are on Pg 111
Hopefully that makes sense. My brain works a little differently sometimes.

rjohns, THANKS again. I have your printed message dated 12/13/2017 in my Recipe File.....you gave me the instructions on
baking the Bread in a cast iron pot...AND now I am all set. New computer Windows 10. Debby's posted Artisan Bread Recipe and your baking directions.

I have been trying many recipes and found a recipe of Artisan Bread....real simple...but it only makes one loaf. Debby's makes
3 loaves. Going to try this recipe again. I probably should rewrite
this recipe....I have notes from Debby's recipe, and cast iron pot
from you rjohns. The recipe that makes one loaf is baked in the cast iron dutch oven. Anyone want the recipe I will post if wanted.
I did post a photo. Aria

Fast No Knead Artisan Bread (Makes 1 loaf)
One medium bowl add:
3 cups all purpose Flour (or it also works for Whole Wheat or
1/2 AP and Half WW)
1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup HOT Water 130 degrees
Stir all dry ingredients together...just enough to mix
Add the HOT water and STIR (dough will be sticky)
Cover with plastic wrap...leave on counter at room temp for 3 hours (or 4 or 5 hours dough is forgiving)
Flour table top/counter and remove from bowl and work with a
dough scraper and your hands (flour your hands)...until the dough forms together (don't worry if it is not smooth. In the same bowl put parchment paper in bowl and place the dough
in the bowl (on the counter room temp) cover with a kitchen
towel. Place your dutch oven in a 450 degree oven. Let the dough sit in the bowl 35-40 minutes (while your oven comes up
to 450 degrees. CAREFULLY remove your dutch oven from the
oven and lift the dough using the parchment paper and
place the dough in the Dutch oven with the lid on. After 30 minutes remove the lid and remove the parchment paper and
the bread will brown about 15-20 minutes (with the lid off) Remove the bread from the pot...place on cooling rack. DO
NOT SLICE ...let cool at least 2 hours. Bread must me completely cooled before you slice....,or it will be "guggy".
I slice the bread in half and cut slices from each half (makes
a larger slice).

Ron, This is Quick, Easy, and great when you are wanting homemade bread in a hurry. AND it is delicious. I am also
working with Sourdough Bread. The starter is GOING (Thanks to you) and planning on working on this Late Fall. We are still at the Cottage and Bread making is not main priority when we are R&R.
THANKS AGAIN TO ALL ON THIS THREAD....YOU HAVE MADE
BAKING SO MUCH FUN. Fond regards, Aria
