Funny love cheese cake but have never liked it on a bagel or anything but that or cream cheese frosting

I love cream cheese frosting on red velvet cake, but then again I'm not a huge frosting person. I much prefer the cake. My best friend (who has a gluten sensitivity) and I have a deal whenever we get cupcakes- she gets my frosting, I get her cake

Tragically, I've never had a cheesecake that I liked. I despise cream cheese on bagels, though, so that may be the reason.

YEARS ago, like back when DD1, now 28, was an infant there was a good restaurant at a local Super 8 motel. Talk about an odd place for a mid range restaurant. It was called Chaz and one of his specialities was a hot cheesecake. Light and fluffy, not even slightly similar to a NY cheesecake. In fact not even distant cousins. It was GOOOOOOODDDDDDD!!!!!!!!

Just made two mini chocolate souffles for me and the mommala. They were great! With a minute or two more in the oven, they'd be perfect.
