Hey Jason, good job on the bread!

I just put a double batch of Banana bread in the oven and now I am going to make a Mock Apple Pie. If you have any Zucchini left you might want to try it! My Mom used to make it when we were kids and everyone thought it was apple pie. You could make it for your wife and see if she thinks it is apple instead of zucchini. If you want the recipe, let me know, I will post it for you!
