My night time temps are more than likely going to be about mid 60s to 70s for the next 2 months or so. If im reading right other places i should be ok to put them outside without heat at around 3.5 weeks?
yeah, mine I started taking em outside for bits at different times of day almost immediately and they do fine, I keep them inside at night but let them out in a wire cage for safety when they tolerate being out for about an hour without needing warmed up which is usually about 2 weeks as long as I don't hatch out to late in the year here in Idaho, they go outside the first day just in little spurts, that's what the hens do as soon as they are all hatched they take em outside

by the way was able to save another mall positioned last night feet over head and she's doing good

got a question for you more seasoned incubator hatchers, saw no activity at candle at end of day 22 so opened one up to do eggtospy and it was still alive but looks to be 5-7 days behind the others that already hatched, all the eggs were stored at same time same way and put into incubator at same time, had anyone else ever had this happen? good thing I didn't turn off the incubator, there are a few like that

New babies!
Today is lockdown. I did one last candle last night. All are still moving, though they don't seem to be filling in the shell as much as I thought they would by now. Perhaps they are a little behind. I'm going to try and not worry about it and let these last few days just go by and hopefully I won't obsess about it.
