Now I am curious Patty I'd like to see the embossing.  Que Sera is making the rounds and you know as a princess she has to be through out the realm looking over her subjects.

You really want to see the embossing pics? I'm working on the other one now. I drew a pic of Que Sera I haven't painted it yet but when I do I will try and send you a pic of the fish and Que Sera. You will get a big laugh when you see the pics. What is so funny the woman that had the website of the pic of the fish asked me to send her a picture of my finished product. Well I sent it and I'm sure she figured out what I did wrong. I haven't heard from her.

She'll probably post it on her website and say how not to do this fish.

Que Sera is probably visiting the other flocks and explaining to them she is the princess of the yard. She will have manners and will not demand their food the way Topper does.

I went out to feed everyone this morning.  I look at all the smiling faces and I notice that Que Sera is not with her little flock out back.  I go to the side yard and yell her name and there she is with Topper.  Could Topper being training her on how to be a princess?  I hope she hasn't influenced her on her eatting manners.  She quickly leaves Topper on the other side and joins her flock to enjoy their plate of boiled eggs.  I don't want Que Sera hanging with the wrong crowd and Toppers crowd is bad news.  I must have a little talk with Que Sera soon.  Darn it I am out of smiley faces I think I voted to many times on the chicken calendar site.  So just imagine a little smiley face after the soon.  

Yesterday I tried my hand at embossing a picture.  I got the pattern and traced it on a medal cookie sheet.  While painting it I wondered why my indentions weren't sticking out like the one in the instructions.  Oh well I finished the picture and when the paint dried I turned it over to put the hanger on the back.  I look at the back of my picture and there are all the details sticking out really pretty.  Did the instructions say after embossing turn the picture over and paint the other side?  No they didn't.    (oh good my smiley faces come back)   Anyway it's a picture of a fish and I had already glued the 3 D fins and tails down so it was to late to paint the other side. I am hanging that picture in the bathroom wrong side or not.  I'm going to try this embossing thing again and make sure I turn the picture over to paint the other side.  DUH

The embossing thing was funny. Never fails they leave something out of directions.

Very interesting about Que Sera hanging out with the bad crowd. Not what you expected at all. What is she thinking? It is cute though. That Topper is something else and needs a love squeeze from me badly.

The fish and Que Sera. The one of Que Sera was when she was flapping her little wings I think she was about 3 weeks old. Ok now you can go ahead and laugh.

I still have to do some touch ups on Que Seras pic and I might cut out some wings and a tail to do the 3 d effect. I did remember to turn the pic over this time. They are going in the bathroom and I am going to pretend I love them.

Donald, Cp, Topper, Dee Dee and Freckles are the flock that thinks they can boss all the other ducks around. Mainly it's Donald, CP and Topper thinks they are above all the other ducks in the yard. Dee and Freckles just go along with the others. They go out front and try and run Sherry away from her food. Poor Clyde can't get around to good so he can't protect Sherry. Donalds group won't come in the back yard because Sonny protects his little flock and I also close the gate to keep them out.

Sonny, Thelma, Louise, Que Sera, Rhonda Runner, Hershey, Yoo Hoo and Uno are the flock in the back yard. Sonny is the leader in the back yard flock and he chases Topper whenever he gets a chance. I think he would like to convert Topper to the backyard flock but Topper hates Sonny. Topper thinks that the backyard flock is beneath her since she reins Queen and must be regarded as such.

When I open the gate the backyard flock will go to the other side but they stay away from Toppers gang. The two groups don't mingle with each other. Sometimes CP and Donald will chase Thelma, Louise or Rhonda but they will run back over to the other side. Sonny runs after them trying to get them away from his girls. They usually leave each other alone . If the males do fight it's mainly a shoving contest and one will back down.

Uno is still his little pitiful self. The one wing sticking up and the black eyes. I still have to get a picture of him so you all can see his wing.
