does a syringe work as well? cause i have the feed here with me and a syringe

It works, but at this age I would start trying to wean him off being fed, and that’s where the peas and seeds come in.

Yeah I believe it’s best to only feed after the crop has emptied.

Well, it’s good that he’s staying wild, but it could make it easier for you to wrap him up in a towel when you feed him. Have you offered any seed or water for him to try on his own yet?

If you are in the USA that is a white winged dove and what you are doing is illegal. I really recommend bringing it to a wildlife rehab.

Oh jeez. You’re right, I didn’t realize how small the newspaper print was compared to it. Definitely a wood pigeon, I’ll see myself out

i did just now, he came the night trough and his crop is almost fully empty, so i offered him some seed but he didnt take it on his own, he just slapped and hissed at me lol, tried to force feed him again but hes way too mad at me, gonna ask someone to help me feed him after he has calmed down a tad
