Pal in her P-Series Flight Suit from Avian Fashions. We think this suit may be too big, but it's the smallest of the P-Series. We're going to try both a Custom Wide and an open back style from either Bev Letard (https://www.bevsbirdboutique.com/) or Coolorful Creations (https://www.facebook.com/CoolorfulCreations/).

In future please do not allow house guests to interfere with the updates!:gig

Here is poor Pal under her enclosure in her P-Series (P-1) Flight Suit from Avian Fashions. Poor Pal is not happy about it. This is Day 3. :-(

She looks happier in that one tho..:love

Looks like they're doing great! Nothing to worry about, it just a molt. Some of the new feathers are coming through.
I figured. Our ducks have just been molting, and it's like a duck has been killed in the run with all the feathers. Luckily, they are all a-okay!

We continue to enjoy Pal's and Pen's company very much. We were away for a few days and they did great with our duck sitter checking in on them 2x/day. They of course like being out more! We're pretty discouraged with the Pigeon Pants scene. When they are wearing them, they pretty much much just sit in one place and look dejected. Today they are naked and flying lots, landing on our heads, preening, and generally acting like happy birds. We couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Avian Fashions, but I think we may try a different style pigeon pants and see if that makes a difference.

I must admit that I could imagine the pigeon pants being quite constrictive for them. I know poop can be an issue but I would be more worried they would get tangled up in something. Heres what one of mine looked like a few weeks back!

Poor thing. Papa1. He looks very sorry for himself!

They do like a good clean! Does alexa work on the pigeons to?!

Pen has still not gone in the bath. He watches Pal and drinks from the bath, but he has not taken the plunge. Pen does however like to come into the shower. Go figure!

"Alexa, tell Pen to take a bath."
