If you get them to bathe often it may reduce the amount of down powder in the air. Is Pen bathing too?
Water is all they care about, the Borax is for control of mites and lice. Probably not a problem for you now.

Pen has yet to bath, but he seem curious!

Sorry. We have had house guests, so things have been busy. Overall they are doing great! We are get used to new flight suits (Pal's was too small and Pen needed one). Pen is doing pretty well on his second full day with his new suit, but Pal looks mortified in his new suit. :-(
