I would love to be able to make crosses like that!
(We just don’t have the heart to cull all our extra old hens and roosters. We believe in letting them live as long as possible.)(And it helps that we have been able to breed generations of non-aggressive roosters)

Quite a bit of our flock, the ones that are related from our hatchings, are red star and EE mixed. Because we used to have quite a few of the red stars, and we have a decent amount of Easter Eggers.
