Barn cat, don't know if she is in labor

Ok, I have a barn cat that I absolutely love and she is a great mouser. She was in heat about 67days ago but I have never seen another cat where we live in the country. Anyway I did notice her teats were a little more noticeable when I picked her up. Well she wanted inu house about 4 days ago so I let her come in. She was laying on my sofa and I noticed she had some watery blood. I felt around her stomach and felt maybe two knots. I put her in my room with everything she needs. Well time went on and nothing and last night she was on my bed and clear fluid came out. Today she has pinkish show but I can't find the two knots I felt yesterday. But once in a while I feel th up high in her ribs. Now what I want to know is can kittens hide in the ribs and why has she not gone I. Full labor? Please help this clueless barn cat mom
