Best for dog run?

I use a cement run but we moved here in March and I lost my parents in April and May, so coops are all I've gotten done. Right now it's a dirt run. Yuck. I also have platflorms that are covered for them to lay on and food and water is covered. My best investment EVER over the years is a doggy dooly! I love those things and make my own now.

well at this store apparently agricultural lime and hydrated lime are one and the same.
it said right on the bag in big black letters
HYDRATED LIME
*EXTREMELY CORROSIVE*

but I returned and got garden grade lime - the guy was still trying to tell me that the hydrated lime was fine and wouldnt hurt my dogs at all.
the other guy outside though told me that its a good thing i changed it out to garden kind
