Thanks y'all. She has got some personality too. She runs like the wind and loves everyone. She is still terrified of storms, loud noises, waterhoses, and brooms. I hate to think what she has suffered in the past but we are trying to make everyday a happy day for her now.
Rosie used to be terrified of delivery drivers. Would hide behind the house If she was outside when they arrived all because the UPS driver tried to give her a dog biscuit when she was around 7 months old. She never got over that terror.

Boxers sure can be goofy. It's what I love about them. Hopefully no one abused your girl, but I know it happens. Not everyone appreciates a boxer and all their quirks.

Unfortunately she has a few scars. The vet thought she had probably been shot with rock salt.

That's horrible. Glad she's with you now, and is safe. All dogs should feel safe, and loved.
I don't think I could shoot a dog, even if they were attacking my chickens but that might explain it out here in a ranch/farmland area. When I first brought her home she was very reactive to the birds. She has calmed down, and though I wouldn't trust her on their side of the fence, she no longer reacts when they get close to her.
The cats still don't trust her, but she no longer reacts to them either. She is a very smart little lady and has learned the rules pretty quickly.
