Hello SD Bird Lady,
As long as your feather legged friend can keep his feathered legs from getting wet and freezing, I,m sure he's happy looking like he does. It sounds like he's beautiful and he found his rightful spot in the flock and maybe wouldn't want to go to shows anyway and cause all that "feather envy" among all the other roos. Lol
Vicki
I have three kids so we watch spongebob....one episode in particular Gary goes to a snail show and they end up protesting all of that pampering, it is kind of funny if you like spongebob. Yep, he is happy and healthy and a gentleman; he even dances for the girls like a prairie chicken....I guess he is tapping his inner wild spirit lol

How can there ever be too many foot feathers? I love big sloppy feet!

My original partridge, Gizmo (both pictures), and the start of my love of Brahmas!

I agree!! I was watching like I always do, in awe.... and its so cute how the roosters MARCH around and so gently with those huge big feet and toes!! I was gonna take a video, now I will!!

Of course, never too mant foot feathers! Those are the best. Gizmo is gorgeous!! I can see why he got you started on Brahmas! I guess we have him to thank for your wonderful Brahmalot adventures?

Yes, Gizmo and Gadget were the grandpappies of Samson and many of the citizens of Brahmalot! We rehomed Gadget because they were tag-teaming the girls, and the following summer we lost Gizmo, we figured due to the heat. Their sister, Buttercup, is still one of the ladies of Brahmalot.

Do you have a website?

We don't have a website for our Brahmas, but we have a 60+ page story of The Neverending Story of Brahmalot here on BYC. Check it out!
