I also like the word Shire, because well everyone uses creek, hill, river, tree. And because we love Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit haha. And I’m sure some of my future rabbits will have names from those. I’ve been playing with names forever it seems. Im also the most indecisive person, so that doesn’t help lol!

I am so, so sorry about Vera. I think that you did the right thing, and that was a very responsible thing to do.

On a lighter note, your hutch is STUNNING! Do you have any sort of building plan? And since the rabbits are litter trained, does that get rid of the ‘peeing on the rabbit below’ issue?

I didn't have any plans, but if anyone wanted to copy it, I would gladly take a ton of photos! My older rabbits are litter trained, but, of course, the kits aren't. I have a heavy duty trash bag ramp that has worked well on the bottom of the hutch, but I need to buy some plastic roofing sheets to replace it.

I sold Kenobi last night. He went to an amazing home with a super excited girl around 15. I'm so happy for him! I will mess him a ton, though, his colors just won't help with what we're going after. He is breeding stock, so I'll have to make decisions like that, Caspian and Mirabelle are pets first, then breeding stock. They will never leave or be sold.

Also, If I was to get another rabbit should I get a buck or a doe? I currently have an unspayed doe and a buck who will be neutered soon. The other bunny would be spayed/neutered too

The doe is super sweet. She accepted Gee (the buck) instantly. In one day.
