Broody hen questions

I have a broody hen I am certain is broody, she has been on the nest every time I go out, and I checked tonight to see if she was for sure broody, she was on the nest. The problem I am having is she is not barking, pecking, fluffing up, and leaves when you pat her back. I have had two successful Brodie’s so far and neither pecked and barked, but definitely puffed.
Should I give this one a shot or break her?

Should I allow her to hatch the eggs herself or let her adopt? I let my other chickens hatch them out without moving, because she is less protective do you think I should move her?

How long has she been sitting for? They won't all show the same behaviors but you want to make sure she's sitting reliably if you're hoping to hatch.
