I had her separated from the others when I left for work. Do I need to put her back with them when I get back home tomorrow?

I fenced off a area in my pen and put her and her eggs in it alone with food and water and her own house.

That's only needed just before hatching so Momma can still interact with the Flock till her hatch date..Stressing her is not needed ...

Ok I can take it down very easily it is just a temporary.

She has about 20-22 eggs.

She'll either go broody or she won't. she will go broody for you.

I would so she feels secure in her flock and once she is almost ready to hatch she will appreciate the confinement to protect her Ducklings...
