Brownies....I have a great brownie recipe and it uses a lot of eggs!

OP, I think of cake like brownies as dry and really light in texture. Fluffy almost. Fudge brownies to me, are dense, thick and moist. The fact that you mix them like fudge was a good indication to me. Besides, really I wasn't fooling anyone. I will make chocolate anything just for the sake of making something with chocolate. I will eat it even if it isn't perfection. So it was really only a matter of time before I got around to it. Next on my list is that chocolate sheet cake recipe someone posted around the same time.
 
I did say they were dense....I got that right....glad they worked for you we all like them and so I make them were in a cook book I bought on line.

I plan on making that sheet cake too but had to make banana bread today bananas were pretty ripe.
 
Thia sounds yummy but could some one tell me please how much 2 sticks of margarine weighs. Our marg butter etc doesn't come in stick form. If you could tell me in grams that would be great if not oz will do and i will get old mother who works in oz's to convert for me lol.
 
I did something really wrong! I doubled the batch, since my family loves brownies, but they did not taste like brownies. Not sure what I done wrong. My poor son, he ate them and raved on how good they were, and I heard him telling the girls that they had better stop, they were going to hurt my feelings. Just eat them and say they are good!!

I'm thinking maybe I used the wrong Cocoa?? I used a blender, should I have blended by hand?
