Bumble in Pekin or just muddy?

So all of my original concerns except for the toe are completely healed. I got home really late last night so I didn’t get to treat her foot. I soaked it tonight and her foot is hot. I tried pulling some of the infection out. I can see some of it under the toenail. I did get some of it out. But I put antibiotic cream on it and bandaged it up for the night. I’m going to wait until the hubs is home so he can hold her still. But that won’t be until Friday. So I’ll take a look at it tomorrow and see how it’s looking. I’m going to give her 100mg/kg of keflex.

Whoops, I soaked, removed as much as I could, used clear iodine, ointment, then bandaged her up. She’s in the basement mad at me until it’s better. And she’s got a dose of keflex (cephalexin) too.

Good job and good call on the antibiotic! Hot is infection trying to spread more... sorry she is mad, but once it is cleared and on its way to healing, she will be happier...

Nah, not really... I just have lots of blackberry bushes and locust trees... with very adventurous duckies...

I bet they like the Blackberry bushes too. I made about 30 new starts of my thornless blackberry bush this winter. So I hope they take off.

Oh, nice!! for those!
I wish mine were thornless, but they're wild... and duckies seem to love climbing in/around/through them, lol... but makes for a lot of webby issues... *sigh*
