Bumblefoot Scar Tissue Bothering Duck

My duck Poppy had bumblefoot a few months ago, I tried treating it with epsom salt soaks, antibiotic ointment, lancing and wrapping, and then as a last resort, the antibiotic Baytril. After it healed, it left a big lump of scar tissue that seems to bother her. She walks funny, slightly limping on it. I looked at it today and it looks a little bigger than it did before, I don't want it to turn into another bumble.

Does anyone know if I can do anything to make the lump smaller?

Partyfowl on etsy sells shoes for bumblefoot.. Not sure if that would help, but scar tissue is kinda tender (at least it is on me lol) she might need a little shoe to protect it.(even though the shoe is for treating actual bumblefoot instead of scar tissue, I think it would work) Do you have an vet that can see ducks? They might could do a lil surgery to take that off. Good luck!
