Bump or growth on polish chickens head

I'll post a picture of her later. But I noticed there is a bump or maybe growth on my polish chickens head and I'm super worried. Idk if it's from the hair ties I put in her hair so she could see better or from something else.

She is acting normal, she is running around with the other chickens, is eating and drinking and foragering fine. And laying eggs that are perfectly fine.

I honestly have no idea but I was finally able to get her to get a better look. To me it looks like a growth so now I'm worried what to do about it or how it could have happened. I also removed the hair ties.

Is there a home remedy or do I need to take her to the vet?

I personally haven't dealt with it, but believe it's something a vet should handle from what I read.
