Morning! Are you going to get some rain, Scott? We got some light stuff yesterday, but the plains got hammered.
My beasts have another big bale of hay and I am hoping this one sticks around longer. The neighbor's dogs woke me up this AM; I think a bear cruised by. It is that time of year. Coffee time!

Good morning, Café. Just going to sit quietly here on my stool and rest up from three days of 'beating the bush' for rabbits.

We didn't get any rain , but I seen where most of the West from Texas up into Canada got blessed. We might get some rain from those little storms out East of us when they get closer.

Good Morning Sir Sour

The bunnies around here are so used to me shooting at the feed stealing squirrels, that they don't even flinch when I try to scare them out of the garden.
I can point out at least 6 to 8 bunnies for you most any time you want.
I hope that you are doing OK this fine morning.

Oh my goodness, I got home yesterday and had one of the new pens open, and the chicks were out in the yard. I usually let one group out during the day while I'm at work. Well a squirrel was in the pen! It couldn't find its way back to the door, and when I got close, it was running around like a mad man, bouncing off the wire walls. It made its way around one 2x4 divider and into the cochin pen. My "queen b***h" cochin momma was chasing the squirrel trying to peck it every time it got close to her! It finally found the door and took off. Hopefully that's one squirrel that learned its lesson!

The new pens I've been working on:

Oh my! Bet that was so funny, afterwards. Your new set up looks great!
