Morning Scott!
As long as the pool doesn't refreeze, I'm sure the ducks won't care. They only seem to pout when they can't get in the pool
The chicks might be mad though, because I'll leave them locked up.

Got anything fun planned for the weekend?

Not planing anything fun here, just staying warm and dry for the most part.
I like spring but, I don't like the temp swings.

Good Morning everyone! FIL brought back coffee from Nicaragua. It is from his neighbor there. He watched them roast the beans on a outdood fire pit, and then grind it. The coffee is pretty good, i got a full tub of it. You can though taste a smokey flavor

Sorry i have a cranky 1 yr old on my lap, hence the half posts
It really is good, very smooth and a little smokey, would be great camping.
I jave not hot yo check the chicks yet, the darn sun wont come up and it is pitch black out. As soon as i het a little light i will let you know. I am actually worried about them, "I did not want them to get cold, did i let them get too hot?"

The coffee sounds great.

I worry about my 4week old chicks, too. They outgrew the small brooder plate I have. Checked on them last night and they were sleeping in a pile, so they must be OK.

Sorry to hear about Miss Thing 2 not feeling well.
How does your FIL just happen to have a house in Nicaraqua with a coffee growing neighbor?
Sounds too good to be true for a coffee lover.
