It's only 57.9°F at 0518 this morning, and it is cooling off for a few days.
We will have frost for 2 days this weekend and then back to warmer.
So far this Winter we have had 3 days that were cold.

It's 18* here with an expected high of 21* but no snow predicted. I'm thankful for the "no snow" part...it's getting old getting stuck in the driveway.

Time for a 2nd cup of coffee

Yep Scott, I can probably do it in my sleep. Didn't take much practice, the wind likes to blow knee-high drifts right in front of the garage.

Well, morning! I am up too. Wind and cold and I felt like having a cup of hot coffee. I have my new sourdough starter warming up on the counter for baking later today.
No wrestling of any kind for a few days, kinda nice to not have to go anywhere.

NFC, you need a bigger truck and gnarlier tires and a lead foot for those drifts and then they become fun but be warned, the three and four footers will still ruin your day..... unless they are narrow.....

Lots and lots of rain here the past couple of days. But I think today will be dry. The ducks don't mind it, but the chicken pens are a bit wet. At least it isn't freezing. Yet.
