I don't understand this toilet paper stuff. What's wrong with a bucket of water?

Good questions. I don't watch TV... I don't even have it here.
I was surprised when one of my co-workers showed me pictures of the shelves cleared out of all types of paper products.
I also heard on the radio that the manufacturers of hand sanitizer are jacking up their prices so the state of NY is going to have it's prison population manufacture it. People are starting to lose their noodles.

I think a lot of people were already on the edge. It only takes a little shove to send them over.

Good morning, all I heard yesterday that a 6 pack of TP was $16 at our local grocery store. Completely absurd. I told my husband we're going to have to stock up just so we've got something to eat if this keeps getting worse. Ridiculous.

DD2 went to the grocery store, needed contact solution, it is in the same aisle as the soap. She said the soap shelves were pretty bare. Yep, people prepping in a panic I guess.

It is supposed to be a psychological reaction to loss of control. Buying TP somehow helps them feel that they are in control of the situation...but TP has nothing to do with the virus

It's getting crazy! Walmart has a whole new group of hoarders here in town.
A big run on cleaning, and disinfectant products. Hand soaps, Lysol spray. among others.
It's interesting to watch people.

I saw them in costco last weekend hoarding stuff! They had big smiles on their faces too LOL!
