Dinner's ready!
I made this with an old jar of frozen homemade beef bone broth, seared stew beef, root veggies and sauteed mushrooms and onions, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste with salt, pepper, garlic and Worschestire sauce.
It came out great! :drool

I have heard of a plan here that would begin testing for active covid 19 and immune factors to it. Those with immune factors but not active would go back to work since they have had covid 19 and are immune. Those tested as active would go into quarantine
 Someone is THINKING??? Wow. That is EXACTLY what needs to happen. We can't get back on track until there are immune people working and the asymptomatic 45% of carriers are identified and quarantined. This stupidity of only testing those with serious symptoms will guarantee that the virus spreads like the horrible wildfires.

We need a "Blue letter" for the recovered people's forehead - "I" for immune ;)

It sounds like people can have this longer than two weeks, and be carriers even after they get past an infection of it for a couple weeks. Too much conflicting information about the recovery rates. I wish they would talk more about that.
I agree, we need solid information. I don't know if they just don't know how long after someone gets it and recovers and are immune or they just are doing a lousy job of getting that info out. People really need to know how long they MUST be in isolation to be known safe.

Dinner's ready!
Looks good!

Our local Surgicenter has closed to all elective surgeries. Only those considered "emergency" will be allowed. My stepdad had to go into the ER the other day for nearly cutting his thumb off and they told my mom she had to wait in her car or go home as she was not allowed in the ER. I feel for the people who have more of an emergency and their loved ones are not allowed to be with them or go see them. Pretty sad times :(

Tell me about it. When I dropped off clean clothes for him today, his CNA pulled the blinds up and brought him over to the window. She opened the window so we could talk.
