I did some more reading... I'm wondering, would it be realistic to ask people for egg shell photos for this too? I did find an article on BYC that has real egg photos for examples of breed specific eggs. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...ind-out-what-egg-color-your-breed-lays.48143/
or would we just be going with a description of the egg shell color?

I'd say ask for them. If people have them, we could use them. If not, then we provide a description.

For most of the breeds, yes. Some of them we are adding if they are not in the APA but a fair amount of people have them.
