Is there a "blacklisting" system in place?

Can we edit a nomination that we have submitted? I should have added more but the form is so awkward for me, I have to type blind. Add to that my vice of procrastination and I only have 6 of 12 submitted... Certainly not for lack of members who deserve recognition!
