Happens a lot unfortunately, people don't want a bird and they just let it out. Actually that is hoe we got our cat too, nobody claimed her so we kept her

I do think it's sort of odd. I'd expect people who didn't care much about their birds to let them go, but birds that are fully trained and whatnot would mean that they had caring owners.







Doesn't make much sense that they put so much work into a bird, to let it go. Situations might change, bit that would get the bird in a bird shelter, not the wild
