Who has what in the egg department?

I would love to hatch anything that lays 4+ eggs per week is blue/silver/grey/black and white or lays a chocolate or true blue egg but only want 6-8 b/c I am going to see if I can hatch some of Ozzie's babies too

Beakface sat tight all day yesterday except for the two times she stole eggs from other nesting boxes. She refused to get off last night and was up this morning but I think it was just for her break. I have to go out and listen for her buc buc buc and check out her poofiness. Anyway if she is still there on Monday I will give her a few of our eggs but since she has proven herself as a mama I would love to give her some special eggs from one of you too.

PM me and we can set up what we are going to do...I am excited and hope she goes for it.

I don't have anything in the blue/silver/grey/black and white arena. I have wellies, but they don't lay chocolate or blue.

Hurrah! Two out- one positioned upside down:-( ill give until this afternoon before I check the membrane and decide to assist or not.
I've never had a chick with its head in the small end of the eggs. At least the beak is out of the pip and I can start from there...
I've had luck with wrong way pippers hatching on their own. Give them some time.

I just ordered a roll of half-inch hardware cloth, 36" X 100 feet, from Wayfair.com for the new coop & run build project on my new property. Every other item necessary has been purchased (for the coop) and is on site. Tomorrow, John the Contractor starts to build the build the Fort Knox coop.

10 X 12, buried railroad tie "foundation" with that stucco type chicken wire buried around the coop.

:weee

That is exciting!

I cant help myself more Lewey photos

These are my inferior photos not sure how my wifes stamp got on there lol

He is growing so fast! I keep going back and forth between getting a kitty and not. I had four at one time a long time ago and they have all passed on. But the litter box stinks usually. However, with the Sweet PDZ it might not be so bad now.

Okay the post didn't show up, but I wanted to say that I have always wanted a SLW. They are so pretty. Are they another broody breed? I think I have my quota of broody breeds.

I got mine delivered from there on Friday, but I don't have a John the Contractor. Does John the Contractor travel? I would assume not because I think you are pretty far from me.

Ali this is what Henserson's breed chart says about broodiness "infrequent brooder;
excellent mother" Maybe you should get some
