Call Duck Adventure

Hello all,

I have duckling fervor. So I ordered some eggs because I couldn’t find ducklings to be shipped to me. I decided to go with calls from someone near by in New York so the eggs wouldn’t have to be shipped far. I got a lot more than I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised.

this isa picture of my little eggs to be set tomorrow.


I these are pictures of the parents that I have from the shipper now sure of all the colors that they are or if they are very typey but I figured someone into calls might be able to tell me more.

Eggs are currently settling as they were on their side when I got them so I figured they would need at least 24 hours to set before moving to my Nurture right 360 incubator.

Yay I am glad there are some fun colors in there. Not super excited about white but the rests I am!

And their set in the incubator!



I went through and checked where all the air cells where after 24 hours of rest from shipping. I had 3 fully detached air cells, a bunch of ones that had the starts of saddling, and a fair number that had fully reattached.
The deattached ones are in the china bator in a vertical turning rocker. While the rest are in the 360. The goal for me is to not look at them until Sunday night. Hahaha it’s going to take some extreme will power on my part.

I just had 9 in my incubator and all hatched out perfectly.
Calls are easy.
