Hello all,

I have duckling fervor. So I ordered some eggs because I couldn’t find ducklings to be shipped to me. I decided to go with calls from someone near by in New York so the eggs wouldn’t have to be shipped far. I got a lot more than I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised.

this isa picture of my little eggs to be set tomorrow.

I these are pictures of the parents that I have from the shipper now sure of all the colors that they are or if they are very typey but I figured someone into calls might be able to tell me more.

Eggs are currently settling as they were on their side when I got them so I figured they would need at least 24 hours to set before moving to my Nurture right 360 incubator.

Question about colors

I have three ducklings that I want to get a sorta confirmation on color on.

These two I think are snowy

Am I right or do I have this wrong here?

Third duckling I have a question on is one that has a slightly silver grey over its back and spots on its head it is very slight but noticeable in the right light. Is this a silver or lavender color or something like that?

and then there was one. Left in the incubator to hatch that is. the only egglet left is the little backwards pip guy now. the last two that were struggling to get out broke free. One did it a bit to early and got itself bleeding from the belly. but i put some pressure and ointment on it, plus a drop of nurta-drench along the edge of the bill. when i put it back in the bator i will put some paper towels in and hope for the best.

belly duck survived the night.

I have pictures of the other four that hatched before bedtime last night. The three in the incubator are not included.

I am thinking two greys, one blue, and I can’t tell on if it’s a snowy or a white. They are super cute! Wish I could stay home today and play with them all. But sadly I must return to work.
