Regional or AHA approved rides would have shown up.

Michigan and Wisconsin rides are sanctioned by UMECRA (Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Rides Association)

Did he do rides in Wisconsin? This year or past years? Who rode him?

You might want to look into www.umecra.com although I don't know if they have archives.

If he was born in 1998, he wouldn't have been able to compete until 2002 for 25 mile rides or 2003 for 50 miles.

Did she say how many "miles" he has on him?
