Can't tell if this cuckoo maran is a hen?

Hi! We have had these two for about 3 months now from the local garden center. One of them looks a bit different, is she a he? Thank you

Looks like rooster to me. I'm not an expert.....but they look a lot like my barred rocks did. The pullets were darker overall than the cockerels.

Yep Heshe is a he , ani't gonna be no eggs from that one looks like a barred rock don't it I have Black French copper Marans don't look those atall.

Cuckoo is a pattern similar to barred, black copper is entirely different...rock would have yellow legs, these have the white of marans

Thank you everyone for your knowledge! I guess we'll see how bad his crowing is before re homing him. Hopefully he's pretty quite lol
