Chick won't open eyes

We got 4 ameracana chicks from a friend. We are pretty sure 3 of them were pecked to death by a bully chick. We got the last one out and she is all alone. She has been alone for a couple weeks. One of our chicks that died wouldn't open her eyes. Now the one that is seperate won't open her eyes and she is not growing. We gave her some Pedia lite but she also has access to normal water. What should we do about her?

Isolate her immediately in her own pen with food and electrolyte water.Offer eggs and tuna often.Cup your hands with water and slowly dip her beak in it(don't do it for too long or she can aspirate the water and die)She will need water to survive.
