coccidiosis re-treatment

good morning

so I had a vet diagnose Coccidiosis and lost one bird. I treated with Hankes Coxoid for one week followed by a week on probiotics as prescribed. I feel that my flock need re-treating but the vet didn't mention it. I'm still seeing yellow diarrhea and gut lining from some of the flock. I scrubbed and disinfected very well twice shall I do it again? I really feel another week of treatment is needed. Any advice welcome. Thanks

Exactly how much did you use?

It's 3.84%, whereas US products are 9.6%, so 6.25 ml per liter for 7 days, then half that for anouther 7.
