At 11 weeks, my bantam rooster had alot bigger comb. Are you sure this is a roo? Mine also started crowing at 7 weeks, so maybe he was just an over-achiever ETA - beautiful bird though!

I have always preferred LF until I hatched out these beauties! Now I am in love and want a few more bantam cochins. I have some BBS cochin bantam eggs in the incubator, looking good. But would love some mottled or gold laced. Can anyone point me in a direction?

Those are gorgeous, I got some mottled cochins through MPC, which uses Meyers, they aren't too bad looking at almost 4 months old. I love my little cochins.

I raise Blue Mottled, Black Mottled and Splash Mottled and Gold Laced Bantam Cochins and I absolutely LOVE my Bantam Cochins. They are the SWEETEST birds! I breed toward the SOP and show quality.
If you are looking for very nice Gold Laced I would suggest Craig Hansen. You can find him on the Cochin Connection page on Facebook. He has a pair of GL on auction right now and also a couple of Silver Laced pairs. His birds win at the big shows! And his prices are very reasonable and he is a NICE man to work with.
